We think wedding venues, in general, rob couples of their most special day by limiting them to time. Couples are rushed through their most important day, only so the venue can cram as many weddings in a week as possible. We want couples to have the wedding of their dreams, so that’s why we do it differently! So, here’s our exciting package details designed to give you maximum time and minimum stress!!
The Estate at White Hall Ceremony & Reception package
-The GIFT of TIME and FLEXIBLITY. Extended access with early drop off of décor, guest house and supplies (starting Thursday - Not the usual 4-5 hours the day of wedding).
-Next Day clean-up & removal of your belongings after event (other than food and food trash)
-Your choice of wedding/reception sites; Our turn-of-the-century Beautiful Dairy Barn Cathedral or any of our gorgeous property sites! We literally have trees that pre-date the settlement of the colonies!!
-Venue Coordinator: to ensure the venue set up is accurate [correct number of tables and chairs, etc.], and so any questions regarding the venue may be answered in a timely manner. We will also keep in contact and do vendor walk-through and logistics as necessary.
-Professional Day of Wedding Coordination Planning by our in-house planner (additional services up to full planning are available)
-2 sets of Chairs (reception & ceremony, we do not want anyone carrying chairs on the day of your wedding) color choice: white, cherry or fruitwood chairs
-Absolutely GORGEOUS white Chiavari chairs at no additional charge for reception
-6 ft Historic 1700s Patriot ship hatch/door table for sweetheart table, sign in or other use
-48” round for sweetheart table, cake or other use. Additional tables are available for guest sign-ins, gifts, etc.
-8 ft rectangle wood top tables (seat 8-10) for Reception [round table option available for additional fee]
-Almost any color (floor length, heavy weight) tablecloths (47+ color options) we provide all linen for guests and wedding parties.
-Almost any color 17” napkins (47+ color options)
-3 Overnight stays in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath Cottage Guest House (normally Thursday - Saturday or Friday - Sunday night, days are flexible; extra days available for additional fee)
-Rehearsal time (All Night, day of the week flexible).
-Rehearsal Dinner. Tasting room available for use during normal business hours without charge for smaller parties or available for rental & a full buy out of property.
-Bridal Portrait (We will give you and your photographer time and access to any of our beautiful property sites for your bridal portrait)
-Upgraded - 5 stall luxury restroom for your guests that include thermostat climate control, running water, stainless steel sinks, Corian vanity tops, flowers, indoor and outdoor lighting, music, etc; includes and oversized, Full Handicap accessible restroom.
- Both of our Barns are fully handicapped accessible
-Freedom to use any approved licensed caterer or bartender of your choice with no add-on fees (no preferred vendor list)
-Use of property for lawn games (we have multiple games available)
-Use of fire pit for smores, cigars, relaxing during the week or after your rehearsal.
-Unlimited number of visits for planning your wedding and reception (planned around other scheduled events)
-Unlimited access to grounds for engagement photos, future anniversary and family photos, etc.
-Free onsite parking. Free RV parking if desired for out-of-town travelers.
-Covered space option in the event of inclement weather
-Beautiful, intimate 1850’s Stable tasting room with 1200 sq ft outdoor dance floor for cocktail hour, second covered space for ceremony or other use with full property buy out (Additional Fee - $2000 unless outside of normal winery hours).
-We are pet friendly so you may have your “Best Dog”
We give you the time you need and the freedom to do your celebration how YOU want to do it! We will never have multiple weddings in the same week either. It's your week! Our GORGEOUS turn-of -the-century Dairy Barn cathedral is normally only $14,497 with day-of-coordinator for up to 125 guests.
However, we are currently offering Promotional Pricing of ONLY $8,487 for up to 120 guests. We are also offering full property buyout which include two covered spaces (both barns) for up to 125 guests for $12,497. Both options INCLUDES professional wedding coordination for our remaining 2026 & 2027 dates!! Our maximum guest count is 150.
*If you are looking for something different from our normal package and/or have a smaller guest count, please let us know. We would love to send you additional pricing and options. Our smaller guest package (guest counts 65 or less) is the same as our normal package, other than the reduced price & no day of coordinator is included.
Our package includes everything listed above! Most other venues give you a low price to start with, and when you add everything we include [tables, 2 sets of chairs, linens (tables and napkins), Luxury, climate controlled restrooms, 3 overnight stays, day of coordinator, wine discounts, the gift of time and flexibility with extended week access, next day clean up, no preferred vendor list, and more], the price is all of the sudden up to $35,000-$75,000, and that's only for a few hours on one day! We don't do that!
We give you all we offer for one lower price. It's much easier for you that way! And NO other venue gives you so much time to decorate, set up and with flexibility!!
We also offer a discount off our regular package pricing to any couple who are veterans, active-duty military, teachers or first responders (this discount does not apply to promotional pricing except for active-duty military service.)
Our promotional package covers up to 125 guests for our Gorgeous Dairy Barn. If you have additional guests (up to 150), we will only charge for the cost of the extra tables, chairs and linens.
